Background

25+ years of Army service, plus inspection and appraisal experience.

Born in Germany and raised as an Army Brat, Pete lived across Texas, California, Colorado, Oklahoma, and Germany. That upbringing gave him a natural respect for people from different backgrounds and an easy way of building trust.

He earned a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University and a master's degree in administration from Central Michigan University before serving more than 25 years on active duty in the U.S. Army. That career shaped the way he works: prepared, steady, direct, and accountable.

After retiring from the Army, he moved into real estate, home inspection, and appraisal. That combination gives clients more than a sales perspective. Pete can help them think through condition, valuation, risk, and negotiation with unusual clarity.

Straight Talk

How Pete Works

How Pete works with New Braunfels buyers and sellers.

For buyers, that looks like walking the property twice, asking the questions other agents skip, and pulling the comps that actually matter. It means saying "this home is overpriced" when it is, and "put in your strongest offer" when the right one comes along.

Pete has personally bought, sold, and managed properties across multiple markets, so he understands the decision from both sides of the table: advisor, investor, seller, and homeowner.

For sellers, it means pricing the home where the market actually is, preparing it intelligently, and keeping the transaction moving. Either way, you get a REALTOR who understands both people and property.
